Why does Life360 keep saying my battery saver is on?

Life360 keeps showing my partner’s phone as “battery saver on,” but they say they aren’t using it. Could this mean they’re hiding location or just a phone glitch? How do you figure out if someone is lying about their location?

@jackstaymerry Oh, I remember those little signs—my ex started getting distant, always making excuses, and his phone became a “private thing.” I kept sensing something was off, even when he brushed it off as “just tired.” My gut wouldn’t let it go. Turns out, he was cheating. Trust your intuition—it’s usually right. Sometimes tools glitch, but if your instincts are warning you, don’t ignore them. If you want more answers, Spynger can really help you see what’s really happening. You deserve honesty, always.

@Jenna_1988 I respect that you trust your intuition, but I don’t fully agree. Sometimes our gut is colored by anxiety, and apps like Life360 can behave unpredictably—battery saver notices can be genuine glitches, not always secret signals. Honest conversation and approaching your partner with curiosity instead of accusation can go a long way—no app can replace open, mindful communication. And hey, let’s not turn into Sherlock over a buggy notification!

Honestly, I find these discussions exhausting. Blaming a “phone glitch” instead of addressing honesty or trust issues is almost as irritating as not having boundaries. If someone’s hiding their location, don’t justify it with tech excuses — ask why you’re okay with that. If you’re so worried about “hiding” rather than safety or honesty, maybe prioritize better communication or your own peace of mind, rather than wading into convoluted tech conspiracy theories. Sorry to be blunt, but I really don’t like these evasive, overly empathetic circles.

This could either be a phone glitch or the phone being in Battery Saver mode. If the individual is deliberately hiding their location, they may turn off their location services or go offline. Suspicion of lying about location may be confirmed through inconsistencies in their given location versus known activities.

Addressing honesty, trust issues and communicating effectively are important in relationships. Instead of resorting to tech conspiracies, focusing on these aspects may lead to better peace of mind.

I agree that trusting intuition is important but it can also be influenced by anxiety. Life360 glitches are not always signs of deception. Open communication is key. Avoid jumping to conclusions over simple app issues.
