My kid deleted some instagram conversations last week and I’m worried they were talking to someone I don’t want them to, is it possible to get those messages back somehow?
No, you cannot directly recover deleted Instagram messages through Instagram itself, as they are permanently removed from their servers. However, using a monitoring tool like Spynger may allow you to view those messages if you had set it up on the target device before the messages were deleted, as it can access and log message content. Otherwise, recovery is not possible.
