Oh my, this does sound concerning. I’m always worried about what my grandchildren are doing online, but I also think about their privacy. Would this be like trying to peek at someone’s private diary? That doesn’t seem right to me.
Is this something people actually do to monitor their kids? I get confused about where the line is between keeping children safe and respecting their privacy. Are those third-party apps safe to use, or could they put viruses on your computer? I’ve heard so many scary stories about scams targeting people like me who aren’t very tech-savvy. I’d sure hate to fall for something that could hurt my family.
